Keep your head and your energy for as long as possible

SHARP FOREVER

Your aging is not a fate. It is a system you can measure, steer, slow down, and most likely reverse before long.

Six months to measure how fast your body is aging, tune it to your own numbers, and verify that it worked. Then age slower and slower, and even grow younger.

This is science in action.

My own case

Alexandre Lessertisseur

At 47, my biological age was 49. At 53, it is 40.

Six years went by on the calendar. My biological age went back nine years. Same test, same epigenetic clock, measured three times. My own case is what led me to this method: I built it for myself first, under constraint, and I have been measuring it since.

With age, three things you already feel

  • Energy gives out. Late morning, then at 3pm, exactly when you need to be sharp.
  • You push harder for the same result than you did ten years ago, at work and under effort.
  • You are told it is normal for your age. You smile, and you know it is not.

Why it happens

Your body is not wearing out. It is falling out of tune.

At 20, in tuneAt 55, out of tune
Each bar is a cell type. On the left, each one plays its line at the right level. On the right, each one has drifted its own way.

Every one of your cells carries your entire genome, the complete plan, and expresses only a small part of it: its own. That is specialisation. A skin cell, a nerve cell, each one playing its line and nothing else.

That plan builds you until you stop growing, around twenty. Then it winds down, and your cells de-specialise: each one drifts out of tune with the whole.

Nothing breaks at once. Each section slides a little, and what was music turns into noise. That is what aging is.

Your genome is the full score. Every cell holds a copy, and plays only its own line.
Since you turned twenty, nobody has been holding the tempo.
Your body is not wearing out. It is falling out of tune.
And what falls out of tune can be tuned back.

My system

The Re-Tuning System

Tuning an ensemble that has drifted follows a precise order: listen, read the score, retune, listen again.

  1. 1

    Week 1

    We look

Questionnaire, and you order your tests the same day.

  2. 2

    Month 1 to 2

    We read

Your blood markers, your biological age, your genetic risks. Yours, not an average.

  3. 3

    Month 2 to 6

    We adjust

Supplements first, then food, movement, sleep. One video session a month.

  4. 4

    Month 6

    We measure again

We redo the tests. You see what moved, and how fast.

  5. 5

    After that

    You steer

You keep your data and your way of reading it, with or without me.

Why it works

Age is not a state, it is a rate. Two people born the same day do not age at the same speed, and that rate is the leading risk factor for cardiovascular disease, cancer, neurodegeneration and metabolic disease. Acting on it means acting upstream of all of them at once.

Two Harvard cohorts, 120,000 people followed for up to 34 years: five habits alone buy you, at 50, about ten more years of life free of cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Five habits, with no measurement and no personalisation. The Re-Tuning System applies the same logic to your own numbers.

Why now

What changed over the last ten years

Measuring how fast a body is aging was a laboratory question ten years ago. Today a biological age test is ordered online, sequencing a whole genome costs less than a phone, and an analysis that used to need a team takes a few days.

Artificial intelligence enters the picture at the same moment. Cross-reading a genome, blood markers and daily habits was not something anyone did for one individual. It has become feasible.

I follow the publications continuously, and that is part of the work I do instead of you: sorting what holds up from what is being sold, and telling you what concerns you specifically. What is possible this year was not possible five years ago.

What it gives you

  • A protocol tuned to your bloodwork so that your days stop collapsing at 3pm.
  • Supplements chosen from your markers so that you stop paying for capsules that do nothing.
  • Measurement repeated at six months so that you know it is working, instead of hoping.

How long it takes

You act from the first week, without waiting for results. The verification comes at six months: that is how long a blood marker and a biological age take to move readably. Below that, you are measuring noise.

Why it is easy

The work you do not have to do counts as much as the work you do.

Me

  • Reading the research and sorting what holds up
  • Choosing the tests worth running for you
  • Interpreting your results and explaining them
  • Deciding the order, and correcting every month

You

  • One questionnaire, once
  • One blood draw, twice in six months
  • Applying your protocol
  • One hour of video a month

You order your tests, you own them, and you leave with everything, including if we stop.

Two ways to carry on

You want to see first

I test on myself what I recommend and I publish the results, including when they do not go my way. Once or twice a month.
