The method, in full

At 47, my biological age was 49.
At 53, it is 40.

Six years went by on the calendar. My biological age went back nine years. Same test, same epigenetic clock, measured three times.

Here is how I tuned my own body back, and how you build the same system for yours.

The method is called the Re-Tuning System. The name says what it does: your body has drifted out of tune, we measure where it stands, and we tune it back, marker by marker, over six months.

Aging

You know this feeling

You are 47, or 53, or 58. You have built something real, a career that took everything you had. Today the instrument is showing its age. Energy drops earlier. Recovery takes longer. The fog rolls in at 3pm, exactly when you need to be sharp.

You went to your doctor. He ran the standard panel and told you your numbers are "normal for your age". You smiled and nodded. But you know it is not normal.

And there is something else, that you mention even less. You have watched someone decline up close. A parent, someone close to you, someone who was your age. You saw what it takes first, and in which order: the energy, then the independence, then the memory. You saw the family around them. Nobody had seen it coming, because nobody was measuring anything.

"Normal for your age" is the medical system telling you to accept the decline. And behind it, the fear nobody says out loud: going the same way, ending up diminished, before finishing what you had to do.

What you have already tried

None of it is wrong. None of it changes your rate.

The experts

Forty hours of podcasts, and no plan that is actually yours.

Supplements at random

A shelf of bottles. You have no idea whether a single one does anything to you.

A smartwatch

One number every morning, that you stopped looking at after three weeks.

Online blood panels

Data, and nobody to tell you what it means for you.

Each one helps for a week. None of them held. Because none of them deals with your rate of aging: they all look at the state you are in today.

Why it happens

Your body is not wearing out. It is falling out of tune.

At 20, in tuneAt 55, out of tune
Each bar is a cell type. On the left, each one plays its line at the right level. On the right, each one has drifted its own way.

It is not a lack of discipline. It is that nobody ever gave you a system: you have data but no direction, bottles but no protocol.

Here is what actually happens. Every one of your cells carries your entire genome, the complete plan, and expresses only a small part of it: its own. That is specialisation. A skin cell, a nerve cell, each one playing its line and nothing else.

That plan builds you with extraordinary precision, from a single cell to tens of trillions. Then it winds down, roughly when you stop growing, around twenty. And your cells de-specialise: each one drifts out of tune with the whole.

Nothing breaks at once. Each section slides a little, the ensemble shifts, and what was music turns into noise. That is what aging is. And that is where the lever sits: an ensemble out of tune can be tuned back.

Your genome, your DNA code, is like the full score of an orchestra. Every one of your cells holds a complete copy, and plays only a handful of lines: its own.
Since you turned twenty, nobody has been holding the tempo.
Your body is not wearing out. It is falling out of tune.
And what falls out of tune can be tuned back.

The method

The Re-Tuning System, five steps over six months

It is what a real conductor does with an ensemble that has drifted: listen, read the score, retune, listen again. No secret, just the right order applied to your own numbers.

  1. 1

    Week 1

    We look

A thorough questionnaire opens the first session: your history, your symptoms, your sleep, your food, your movement, what you already take and what you have already tried. Straight after, I tell you exactly which tests to order and where: extended blood panel, ApoB, biological age, and depending on your case, sequencing your genome. You order them, you pay for them, you own the results. I prescribe nothing, I am not a doctor, and what you buy stays yours. ⭐ You leave that first session with things to change from the following week, without waiting for results: a test takes weeks to come back, and most programmes leave you waiting through it.

  2. 2

    Month 1 to 2

    We read

Your blood markers, your biological age, your genetic risks if you had sequencing done. Not a population average: your own score. I show you where you stand against your real age, which markers are actually steerable in your case, and which are not. This is the session where the plan goes from general to personal, and where you understand what your numbers mean. You do not leave with a report you cannot read.

  3. 3

    Month 2 to 6

    We adjust

Your protocol, in the order that matters. Supplements first, targeted and calibrated on your markers, because that is the fastest lever to correct and the most misused. Then food, movement, sleep and recovery, tuned to your terrain rather than to a general rule. One video session a month, to correct as your body responds. A protocol that is never revised is a protocol that drifts.

  4. 4

    Month 6

    We measure again

We redo the tests. We look at what moved, in which direction, and above all how fast. It is the only way to know whether what you are doing works on you, and not merely in a study. You get a before and after on your own numbers.

  5. 5

    After that

    You steer

It is a loop, not an ending. The second round starts from real data instead of assumptions, so it is sharper and faster than the first. And the dashboard stays yours: you keep your data, your protocol and your way of reading it, whether you continue with me or not.

Who it is for

Who this is for, and who it is not for

This is for you if

  • you are 45 or older, and you can feel that something has shifted
  • you decide on numbers at work, and find it absurd to run your body on intuition
  • you are willing to measure yourself, even if you do not like the answer
  • you want someone to take the subject off your hands, not one more dashboard

This is not for you if

  • you are looking for a pill, a shortcut or a guaranteed outcome
  • you are already a seasoned biohacker and you only want a lab
  • you are waiting for it to be covered by insurance
  • you think we all have to die of something anyway

What you get out of it

Results, not features

  • A protocol tuned to your bloodwork so that your days stop collapsing late morning and at 3pm.
  • Supplements chosen from your markers so that you stop paying for capsules that do nothing for you.
  • Food and training matched to your terrain so that you take back control of your weight without dieting.
  • Work on your sleep and recovery so that you absorb stress instead of enduring it.
  • A reading of your genetic risks so that you know where to put the effort, and from when.
  • The method to read your own numbers so that you depend on nobody, including me.
  • And at the end of it: statistically pushing back your aging, and keeping for as long as possible the years where you are at full capacity.

How long it takes

You act in week one. You verify at month six.

From the first week, you have changes to apply. Not in a month, not when results come back: right away, from the questionnaire.

Six months is not a marketing number. It is how long a blood marker, a body composition and a biological age take to move enough for the measurement to be credible. Below that you are reading noise, and mistaking noise for progress.

What you feel comes earlier: energy that no longer collapses mid-day, sleep that repairs, shorter recovery, a clear head at the hours you need it. That is what you notice first, often weeks before the numbers confirm it.

How hard is it

What I do, what you do

The work you do not have to do counts as much as the work you do. Here is the split, in plain terms.

Me

  • Reading the research and sorting what holds up from what is being sold
  • Choosing the tests worth running for you, and ruling out the rest
  • Interpreting your results and explaining them to you
  • Deciding the order: what first, what next, what never
  • Correcting the protocol every month

You

  • One questionnaire, once
  • Ordering your tests, and owning them
  • One blood draw, twice in six months
  • Applying your protocol day to day
  • One hour of video a month

There is no diet to hold, no gym imposed, and nothing to buy from me. The protocol adjusts to your life, otherwise it does not survive six months.

What it rests on

Published research, not convictions

Age is not a state, it is a rate. Two people born the same day do not age at the same speed, and that rate is the leading risk factor for cardiovascular disease, cancer, neurodegeneration and metabolic disease. Acting on it means acting upstream of all of them at once, instead of treating them one at a time as they arrive.

The measured foundation: two Harvard cohorts, roughly 120,000 people followed for up to 34 years, on five habits alone. Result: at 50, about ten more years of life free of cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Five habits, with no measurement and no personalisation. The Re-Tuning System applies the same logic to your own numbers.

I read the studies themselves, not the articles summarising them. I hold a master's degree in genetics, I follow the publications continuously on PubMed, and I tell you what is supported, what is not, and what we do not know yet. When something is not established, I say so in those words.

What protects you

My commitments, in plain writing

Your data is yours

You order your tests, you pay for them, you own them. You leave with everything, including if we stop. No subscription reads your body on your behalf.

I am not your doctor

I do not diagnose, I do not prescribe, I treat no disease, and I will never ask you to stop a treatment. Your doctor remains your doctor.

No promised number

I promise you no specific figure. I promise that you will know which markers moved, which did not, and why. That is exactly what nobody tells you today.

If nothing moved, we carry on

If you followed the protocol and no targeted marker moved at six months, we carry on together until we understand why, at no extra cost.

The questions you are asking

What does it cost?

The tests, you order and own: budget 300 to 900 € depending on the depth you choose, once at the start and once at six months. The programme itself is discussed on the call, once we both know whether it makes sense. I do not sell from a page.

Can I start without running every test?

Yes. The first session already produces changes you can apply. The tests determine how precise the tuning is, not whether you can begin.

What if I already have a doctor?

That is the ideal case, and it changes nothing. I work on prevention and daily habits, he works on care. I encourage you to tell him what you are doing.

How many people do you take?

Two to six at a time. The analysis, the interpretation and the follow-up are real work that I do myself, personally. That is why the entry point is a conversation and not a checkout.

Two ways to carry on

You want to see first

I test on myself what I recommend and I publish the results, including when they do not go my way. Once or twice a month.
