Medical disclaimer
I am not a doctor, nor a regulated healthcare professional. I hold a master's degree in genetics, and what I provide is information and lifestyle advice. It is not a medical act and carries neither the standing nor the scope of one.
What I never do, under any circumstances: I make no diagnosis, I treat no disease, I prescribe no medication, I interpret no result for diagnostic purposes, and I replace no healthcare professional.
What I do: I help you understand measurements you ordered yourself, and decide on adjustments to lifestyle, food, physical activity, sleep and supplements, based on published research.
Nothing published here replaces medical advice. Your doctor remains your doctor. Never change an ongoing treatment, never stop one, and never start one without their advice. If a symptom worries you, see a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Supplements are not medicines. They cure nothing, they can interact with treatments, and some are inadvisable in specific situations, including pregnancy. Ask your doctor or pharmacist.
No promise of results. The figures cited on this site come from population studies. What is observed across tens of thousands of people predicts nothing for one individual, and certainly not for you. No outcome is guaranteed, in energy, in markers, or in years of life.
The questionnaire makes no diagnosis. It situates habits against documented factors. It does not measure your biological age, it detects no disease, and its result carries no medical value.
Any tests are ordered, paid for and owned by you. I prescribe none, I sell none, and I receive no commission from any laboratory or supplier mentioned.

Your personal data

⚠️ An important point about the questionnaire. Some of your answers concern your perceived health and your family history. These are sensitive data under Article 9 of the GDPR, and they are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by submitting the form.
To limit what I keep, your individual answers are not stored. Only one aggregate result leaves your browser: how many of the five lifestyle levers you tick, as a number from 0 to 5. Your health signals, your family history and your priorities are never sent: they stay in your browser and disappear when you close the tab. The email you receive contains only that number and general information, the same for everyone.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object. One email is enough to exercise it, and I respond within thirty days. Every message I send contains an immediate unsubscribe link. If my answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Terms of service
These terms apply to the coaching services offered by EBE Productions. They are restated and accepted before any payment.
Nature of the service. It is an information and lifestyle advisory engagement, running six months, including a defined number of one-to-one video sessions. The exact content, cadence and fee are agreed during the preliminary call and confirmed in writing before any payment.
What is not included. Any tests and analyses are ordered and paid for directly by the client, with the laboratory of their choice. They are not part of the price of the engagement.
Best-efforts obligation. I commit to the quality and regularity of the engagement, not to an outcome. No health, marker or wellbeing result is guaranteed.
Withdrawal and termination. If, after the first session, the engagement does not suit you, it ends and the sessions not yet held are refunded. Bank fees on the original payment are not refunded. The client may otherwise end the engagement at any time, without refund of sessions already held.
Confidentiality. Everything exchanged during the engagement is strictly confidential and shared with no one.
Governing law. These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any action. Consumer clients may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
